The course aims to introduce the essentials of food hygiene awareness, and the causes and prevention of food poisoning.
Ensuring candidates meet the requirements of current UK legislation (Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Safety Regulations 1995. requiring all food handlers are trained to a level commensurate with their work activity.
The course is essential for all individuals who prepare and handle food or drink as part of their everyday or occasional working practice this would include proprietors, managers and supervisors.
The one day workshop is highly interactive using a variety of visual, oral, audio, role play and games to keep all participants interested, motivated and focused; enhancing their enjoyment and increasing their ability to remember and understand.
Venue: Best on your premises to keep traveling costs down. However if you prefer it can be arranged off site.
